With our optional add-ons, you can further customize your shifting setup to suit your driving style. Consider adding one of our optional ESCO or POCO knobs and a shift boot collar to enhance the look and feel of your shifter. We also offer upgraded centering springs for our 1981-LHD and 1981-RHD shifters. If you'd like a gentler centering force, consider adding the 1981-S01, Low-Preload centering spring. Alternatively, if you'd like a stiffer centering force and snappier centering action, consider adding the 1981-S03, High-Preload centering spring. Finally, consider adding our interior panel removal tools for some low-cost added protection against damaging interior panels during installation.
Important:
The Left-Hand-Drive shifter (SKU 1981-LHD) will work with all left-hand-drive manual versions of the 11th Gen Civic including the base, Sport, Sport Touring, Si, and Type R as well as all manual versions of the 5th Gen Integra including the A-Spec and Type S. The Right-Hand-Drive shifter (SKU 1981-RHD) will work with all right-hand-drive manual versions of the 11th Gen Civic Type R and the Civic RS.Â
Please note that POCO shift boot collars are only compatible with POCO shift knobs. If selecting an ESCO knob, use one of the "Shift Boot Collar Upgrade" options instead of the POCO shift boot collars.
